These are not good for dry eyes or just eyes in general. Get natural tear type drops. This has been strongly suggested by multiple eye doctors I've spoken to to not use these red reduction drops.

Will Refresh drops be good for dry eyes then?
Yes, I use the green bottle Refresh branded "lubricating drops" but the Dr also okay'd Systane lubricating drops. The brands I don't think matter that much but rather the type of drop. If all you want is some dryness relief, do not add extra active ingredients such as allergy or redness removal.
If you need redness relief for photos or a job interview sure, but should not be relied upon regularly. If you have chronic redness/dryness there is probably an underlying cause which these drops will not fix. They will only tackle the symptoms.

Dr. recommended warm compress (I used "Bruder Moist Heat Eye Compress"), baby shampoo w/ warm water every day and night, and lubricating drops when I felt it necessary. It took weeks for me, but it finally went away and it's been months now w/ no return.
The annoyance and sometimes almost danger of various levels of blurred vision was really tough to deal with. Hope yours gets better soon!
Yes, as they are a wetting agent. they have some ability to treat dryness, but that's not their primary purpose.
Use the right product for your needs. If you are trying to treat dryness specifically, this isn't it.
