They're both "real" just different cocoa content. Also dark chocolate has more calories per portion (30g) vs milk chocolate because of the higher cocoa content (fat vs carbs). Do what you will with that information, if your goal is weight loss neither will help. If you're just enjoying a snack then choose whichever you like better.

Edited to add that the item reads 3.5 oz in the title ~ Lindt EXCELLENCE 90% Cocoa Dark Chocolate Bar, Dark Chocolate Candy, 3.5 oz. (12 Pack), yet above the actual product selection it says 2.8 oz. So Amazon has an error there that should be fixed. In looking at the nutrition label 3.5 oz is correct if you get what's pictured as you should.
3.5 oz of 90% dark chocolate (the 2.8 oz is for 95% dark chocolate) vs 4.4 oz milk chocolate. So yes still less but not quite as big of a difference.
