Be careful when checking out and using the coupon. If you paste the coupon in, and just click continue, the coupon isn't actually applied. You have to paste the coupon in, then hit the right arrow. I have three of these units and they've been pretty good so far. It's not true 4k, more like 2k I think. One is an F7NT, which is a touch screen. I'd recommend that one. I have my unit connected to a Blackvue B100 battery which is then connected to the cig adapter. This allows me to run the cams when car is off without having to hardwire to the battery. RedTiger support is pretty good too.

There's a wire that runs from the front camera to the back camera. I just installed this model in my sienna and the wire was plenty long enough. There was a foot or 2 extra.

The ODB Hardwire Kit doesn't really function properly when the car is off. Previously I bought a refurb unit on Ebay w/ 2 year warranty, hardwire kit & lens , but ended up returning. Bought a new one on Amazon and problem persisted. Support was quick to send a new fuse hardwire kit to try. I rather not fish through my Jeeps firewall so kept the ODB. Found that it still records 24/7 even if the dash cam menu won't function w/ the engine off. Slight fix to use it when the car is off is to plug the power off/on. Did some research and other people having this issue. It's a slight inconvenience, but I simply just don't use the menu when the car is off.

I have three of these units and they've been pretty good so far. It's not true 4k, more like 2k I think. One is an F7NT, which is a touch screen. I'd recommend that one. I have my unit connected to a Blackvue B100 battery which is then connected to the cig adapter. This allows me to run the cams when car is off without having to hardwire to the battery. RedTiger support is pretty good too.

I had a problem where mine would drain the car too, it wasn't even hard wired for parking mode. Turns out my 12v port stays on even when car is off. It's not a Jeep but a Ford so maybe an American car thing? Anyways realized the USB port inside center console works only when car is running and that fixed the problem

Adding a separate battery that supplies all the time but draws only when running is very crafty, excellent tip
