Hmm, have an iPad 6th gen (2018) that's really shown its age. Trying to figure out if I should get this iPad or upgrade to a new MacBook Air m4 (have the m1). M1 is still going strong but worried about tariffs, and iPad isn't used that much. 🤷

Why? I paid $450 with 128GB and lasted me 12 years. Sold it for $75 this year and got a pro. Served me well. Don't think this will last 12 years.

I had decided to wait for next year when presumably the upgraded chip would handle Apple Intelligence. But this thread got me thinking about upgrading now. Unfortunately BestBuy wants to give me $30 for my iPad 6 w/128gb. Not enough to entice me. Back to waiting for next year...
