I have the same problem. Tried it on my wife's phone as well, it said successful but I don't see it saved in the app. I'll try chatting with customer care support tomorrow.
Go to your target app and navigate over to target circle coupons, I scanned it and then i had to go over to the target circle page and apply the 20% coupon there

Bought this from Amazon a few months ago and it's too bulky. Went with the slimfit3 lx for just a little bit more. Much nicer seat, takes up less space

It wasn't showing up last night for me but now it is. Seems like they fixed what ever was wrong.

They are touted for recycling the waste material.

I have one of these in one car and a chicco in the other car. The graco design is fine, and the leg room extender is actually awesome, but overall the Chicco feels better built. I have no doubts the Graco is perfectly safe, but we save it for the "roadtrip car" and use the chicco for the wear tear of daily rides to daycare. The Chicco cover also comes off much easier for cleaning. I don't regret buying the graco, but I also don't regret paying more for the Chicco.

Which Chicco car seat?

Does anyone who has this use the extender for leg space immediately, or wait until the child is older? I have a 1.5-year-old and am not sure if I should use it already or wait until they are older (they are on the smaller side).

I have two of these as i have twins. So my twins are on the smaller size and so, i only extended it as needed (when you see their feet kinda bent from touching the back rest. My kids are now 41 months and it is fully extended. I do find that when it is in full extended mode, it pushes the base of the car seat off further out from my vehicle's car seat, making it somewhat unstable. You can try to recline the car seat a little down but you have to keep it within the allowed angle with the little ball gauge. My twin's legs are now bent (kinda like frog legs). I was concerned that may cause some issues, but according to google, children's limbs are quite flexible and they should be fine. Finger's crossed...lol. Hope this helps.
