Edit: did a little research of my own. The Samsung is a 2024. The LG is a 2018. Also, the Samsung has a VA panel and the LG has a IPS panel.

Rtings loved the Qm7 that I bought and then returned because it sucked so bad. I would take a Samsung du7200 any day over the QM7, which is actually a step up from your Q7. Best Buy is the only retailer I see who still carries the Q7, and thanks to Rtings with their bogus reviews they have become a clearing house for Q7s.. Keep your fingers crossed on it lasting, especially without glitches.
