I tried playing again about 6 months ago and found most of the servers(especially the US ones), full of Russian, Chinese and Spanish speakers with very few people speaking, typing or able to understand English.
Now before you down vote me "cuz ur xenophobic!!" It's vital in team games like this to be able to communicate. And when most of the servers that are based in your region are full of high ping players who cannot communicate with you, it makes for frustrating game play.
That's a problem for all of these games though, once they become "bargain priced", suddenly the hoards from Russia/China flood in and it becomes impossible to play.
Unless of course you're a solo/lone wolf type player, then you'll love it.
