These little micro fridges are absolute garbage. They use about the same energy as a full size fridge, way more than an actual mini fridge.

False.
A normal fridge uses approximately 0.3-0.4kwh and this uses 0.12kwh.

False.A normal fridge uses approximately 0.3-0.4kwh and this uses 0.12kwh.





Maybe not this one specifically since it's lower power. Specs state it's ~25watts assuming dc power supply is 90% efficient. That's 219kwh per year since it draws power constantly. Other higher power models of these 6 can fridges can pull over 50 watts constantly which is closer to 450kwh per year. A normal full-size fridge with a top freezer uses that same amount of energy.
