Looking at price, this isn't a bad price.

Parts and Labor, plus if you can get extended support means overclocking it as much as you can with warranty support to get replacement 5090.

ATX12VO at this rating for this wattage is needed, Dell OEM PSUs tend to be pretty decent actually.

If you're upgrading from a GTX1000/RTX2000 series, no brainer on this.
