..lost me at the helps me stay fit part.. are these similar to skinny pop or something? I feel like they taste too good to be considered healthy for me lol but maybe you meant healthier when compared to other popcorn(i absolutely love to sneak these into the movie theaterš)
Like mostly everything else, portion control. Unfortunately, I tend to still want more after consuming a supposed serving. Thus, I choose not to buy and instead pop my own using a silicon maker in my microwave. Not the same but I control what's added
For even better results try popping on the stove with a pot and oil. If you want to get fancy the whirley pop is king.
Only my data point, however, last box of these I got were expiring soon and already trending stale.
Ended up throwing out over half.
That hasn't happened most times, however it does happen and be aware.
