Do you have anything stating that, I looked into this cooler and I am seeing it's made in China.
It is impossible to manufacture most things in the US now. Nobody wants to do laborious work, no business can afford hiring worker with benefit and lawsuit liabilities, and there is no supply chain.

Great price for in store. it's rarely been this cheap anywhere. I think it only got this low for a short time at Ace a year or two ago.

How do you carry this thing without wheels when you have it packed? Probably really bully and heavy

I haven't bought a cooler in a while this seems excessive. I'm guessing this isn't a regular cooler?

Definitely a team-carry type of situation, and take the heavy stuff out first. I'm guessing that this might be more of a leave in the SUV / Van on a camping or road trip cooler. Could always take along a smaller cooler to have near you.

You can get a refrigerator cooler for almost this kind of money. That's my next purchase.

Or leave on the porch/deck for a party type of situation

It seems like people are slowly figuring out that these things weigh a ton and that it's better to have a much lighter cooler. A cooler this heavy is much better suited for situations where you are not moving the cooler. Carrying this across the beach sounds like hell.

Same argument used to justify cotton picking.

Which is why the picking is almost entirely automated these days (at least in the US)
