only the third month in a row??? I have now been told 11 times IN A ROW that the limit is 10, by different people too. Every single time I tell them to please put in 20, and they do, but still want to tell me i will only get credit for 10. But I do get credit for all of them...

Up until this Feb I was allowed to recycle 30 each month, plus the extra $25(10) , so I accumulated around 700 and redeemed an apple watch ultra in Jan.

So we can do 6 ink in one transaction and get 500 points per the promo.

Then we do a separate transaction with another 6 ink and get another 500 points again? Is this still active?

This ymmv, but you can try and ask the cashier to do 2 transactions while you're there

Interesting. I'll have to try again today. I went on 5/4 and recycled my normal 30 not knowing about the max change from 10 to 6. I got $57.50.
20 @ 400=$40
6 @ 500 = $15.00
1 @ 500 = $2.50 (this is a bonus on top of what you recycle, you dont technically have to recycle an additional 'battary')

So i lost 4 in carts, assuming the max was still 10 for the 500 points.
