Note the term "up to" which covers their butts.
However, while they reduced the number of bonus cartridges @ 500 points per cartridge from 10 to 6, they increased the amount of points of my regular cartridge recycling from 400 to 500.
They had a promo before where you get $10 in points if you spend $50. I got the $10 points even though i used points for the purchase.
