They are normally $6.34 for the 2 pack (or around $5.30 with the 15% subscribe & Save). The price just dropped on these. I have a dog and have never had to worry about him eating these. Other things are toxic for dogs too such as chocolate, but I still buy that too.

Chocolate's theobromine causes heart/nerve issues in dogs, but needs larger doses (1 oz dark/kg). Xylitol's worse: tiny amounts (0.1 g/kg) spike insulin, drop blood sugar fast, or cause liver failure. Xylitol acts quicker, is deadlier, and hides in gum/PB. Much different levels of toxicity.
