The terms and conditions of the gift card state that you can request cash if the balance on a card is less than $10. I don't know how difficult it is to do that.

Not only pass but HARD PASS! Getting two gift cards and one of them being $5, is completely useless if you order through the app as it will error out and wont let you combine payment with a CC to cover remaining balance meaning you have to order in store for them to process it.

Nope, keep passing, the more we fall for these horrible offers the less likely we will get a BOGO included in the future.

Easy solution:

Print off the gift cards or screenshot them to use off app. Problem solved.

Totally incorrect. If the balance of the gift card hits $0, the app will charge your credit card for the remainder. I do it all the time.
