Had to shortened one of the extensions that screws on the window frame in order to secure the ac bracket.

they are inverter so its not always putting out 12k
it goes below 3k btu output when it "slows" down.
This looks like a midea ushape had a baby with a standard ac.. and hisense eh.. not a brand name to impress although I have their U8H in 65" and its a great tv.
Note this requires a 25" window width for the bracket.

I would take this thought into consideration with AC units now. Midea set a new standard for window AC units. So you're going to see more different versions of the split units hit the market. They probably all use the same technology as the Midea. So performance is going to be similar. I would give this hisense a shot because Costco return policy, and typically Costco requires that manufactures provide a solid product to exceed industry standard if they are going to sell at Costco. Costco isn't going to sell junk with their return policies. I would pull the trigger if you're on the fence
