I'm not sure if this will work for other people, but this was the strategy that seemed to work for me. Hopefully it ships. FYI - you may need to contact your CC company as the constant refreshes may be detected by certain cards as fraud, especially if you tried in multiple browsers as I did.

A lot of times, depending on the game, there isn't a HUGE jump from Medium to high. However, when gaming a 77 inch 4k OLED TV, you notice the resolution difference between 4k and 1440 or lower. A MUCH more noticeable difference.
So sure, if you want to be an ignorant graphics elitist, go ahead.
running at 4k to match your TV resolution is fine, is what consoles do.... but even consoles use up scaling techniques to look much better graphics wise
running 4K with DLSS QUALITY at high for 60 fps it's best case scenario for DLSS..... running 4K native medium makes no sense
