The Charge Essential 2 is basically the same as the Charge 5, but this Flip Essential 2 is inferior to the Flip 6, both in battery life and output power. It's 10 hours instead of 12, and 20 watts instead of 30.

Have been using JBL flip first gen from 2015…..same quality……no issues……only battery performance came down to 40 minutes but nothing to complain other than good audio.
