Costco also has the Kirkland Islay Scotch 750ml for $19.97 at select store as well. Item number is 1483766. Retail is ~$36 which is already a decent price point. Definitely punches above it's price and for $20 bucks, it's a steal!
Check the Costco app to see if any nearby store has it at the clearance price.
I tried the app to find any scotch (not just this) and I get no results across several Costcos (that I know do sell scotch in store).

For example:
At the Hayward, CA location I did a search for "Islay" and a few Scotch items showed up. I saw the Kirkland Islay at the 19.97 price. From there you can search for nearby stores that might have it.

The specific item is out of stock nearby but the method now works for me for searching items.
