Great price, as long as you're willing to buy this and hang onto it forever.

I think you're saying no resale value?

I'm not sure about this particular guitar but I have one of the Mitchell LP copies and, while have quite a few other guitars that are more expensive and better quality, the Mitchell is the one I play the most. Just very playable and well setup out of the box. I'm sure mileage may vary though.

Got the black version this guitar (or one very much like it) a few years back for a similar deal. Frets needed to be sanded and polished and fretboard was very dry and needed to be oiled. It was fine besides that, but not everyone has the tools or time to do that type of work.

Intonation was an issue with the one my friend bought that I set up for him. Not much room for adjustment with that type of bridge. If you try different strings or tunings this may eliminate the issue.

I have one and at the $120 price point am very happy with it and its build quality. Cool splitting is a pretty rare feature in this price point and does vary the potential sounds this produces surprisingly well for cheap rail pickups.
