CyberpowerPC has their Prebuilt Gaming PC GML 99655 for $2773:
  • CPU: AMD Ryzen™ 9 Processor 9950X 16-core/32-thread 4.3GHz [Turbo 5.7GHz] 80MB Cache AM5
  • Cooling Fan: 360mm Liquid CPU Cooling (Included)
  • Motherboard: B850 AM5 WIFI Motherboard (Included)
  • RAM: 64GB (32GBx2) DDR5-6000MHz MEMORY (Included)
  • GPU: GeForce RTX™ 5080 16GB GDDR7 Video Card (Included)
  • Power Supply: 1,000 Watts - Standard 80 Plus Gold Power Supply (Included)
  • Primary Hard Drive: 4TB PCIe NVMe GEN4 M.2 SSD (Included)

  • Free 2 day shipping

Price will show $2919 to start. Use coupon TARZANED to get 5% discount, bringing the price down to $2773.05 (plus taxes, of course).

Compared to the Dell Alienware deals with 5080 GPU, this one has extra RAM (64 vs 32), larger storage (4TB vs 1TB), arguably better CPU (AMD 9950X vs Ultra7/9) and longer service plan (3yr vs 1yr). This one also has more standardized parts compared to Alienware.

Dell with Ultra 9, 64GB and 4TB was over 3000 when I checked. And that was with 1 year service.

Not to mention you can't get Alienware in California, Colorado or 4 other states, because their PSUs don't comply with stupid energy regulations. Even if you could get them, it's worth $500 not to have Alienware. As the saying goes: Friends don't let friends buy Alienware.

I'll never understand why people ask stuff like that here. If you've heard mixed things, you're only going to hear more things here that add to that mix. Lol. How do you know who to listen to? No one here is any more credible than on Reddit or anywhere else. No matter what, you're getting strangers' opinions.

I've only bought one Alienware, was just under a year ago. I7 14900k, 32gb ram, 1tb SSD, 4090 card. Was like $1600 after coupons and cash back.
No problems yet (crossed fingers), but warranty is about to expire......
