Just a note: Links to the Lowes site never directly go to the item listed. Instead, it is to a general page listing a bunch of items, never focing on the item being pushed. Please follow how other Slickdeal istings are linked directly to the product. Thanks.

Just got the 16" from Amazon for $180... I don't think it's worth it to buy this and resell all the accessories

Never owned any greenworks tools but this seems like a slick deal. Have been in the market for a chainsaw for awhile now. Might pull the trigger here. Anyone have feedback on this chainsaw? Also 60v vs 80v. Hmmmm

My brother in law has the 60v I think in the 16" He likes it and actually bought a second one to snag another battery. He has always been a gas guy, but still likes the greenworks.

I *think* either the tool or battery requires modification for Kobalt. MasterForce batteries are literally the same, but cheaper cells, so they're typically larger in size for the same amp hour.

This is a great saw, I go for it over my gas saw unless I'm cutting lots of big wood. I have 2 batteries and by swapping them out on the charger you can get a lot of work done.

I have this - owned it for 4 years now. It rocks - people borrow it all the time and are jealous of how easy it is to operate. I highly recommend it! I also have the pole saw and it's equally awesome.

I tried this out against a few other battery powered ones including the Ego Power+ and it was the winner for me. The 80V line of Greenworks products is pretty good overall and I'm happy that I bought into the system.

TY!!! I'd rather pay this $20 extra for the Costco return policy.
