A lot of reviews showing the handles falling off. But a little epoxy could fix that permanently. They seem to be very stiff and have a nice flat sharp beveled edge

I'd personally stay away. Spend a little more and get something that lasts forever. This will rust and fall apart.

Any suggestions or links to heavy duty "rust proof" griddle tools?
