I know you've had a lot of responses on this, but if those haven't worked to fix your problem, try booting with one stick of RAM only. If it boots, let it load completely, shut down and add in the other RAM stick and change the timings in the bios back to xmp settings.
I have the 14900kf with the 4090 64gb ram have had for a year ± absolutely no issues to date added ssd 4tb wd black sn850x plus external 2tb wb black 850x in an asus rog strix
I want to upgrade to 128gb ram later using 64gb of ram in each slot.

It's hard to find though. I bought mine at Microcenter and at the time they had the lowest price and it was available for shipping. Now no shipping -- direct in-store only. You might find it elsewhere though.
Which one did you choose? Pro or classic? Pro is cheaper for some reason.
