I have the same case, liquid cooling etc but 13700 cpu. Owned 1.5 years and it works great. No issues. The liquid cooling and 1000w power supply are great upgrades. Wish it had more than 2 ram slots. Also only has 2 m.2 ssd slots but they are x4 full bandwidth.
Unplug.. reseat ram and video card. make sure the cooler is tight on the cpu socket. If cooler moved, cpu may be misaligned.
its okay, no one is an esport celebrity missing on 10-20 frames. all adults are taking their own decision. When amd cpus come, people will buy those as well.

Dell's warranty work on Alienware is shockingly amazing. I had a blown video card ~5 years ago maybe 6 months after buying. They sent someone TO MY HOUSE to replace it, free of charge. Not only that, it was fixed within a couple days. Give them a call if it isn't resolved.
Lenovo does the same thing and their warranty is much cheaper FYI. I think of the similar companies, HP may be the only one that doesn't do that. Though they may have a premium option that does,

I wish I knew enough to know if this was a good deal and solid hardware to last a while.
No and no. Alienware is garbage tier Dell with some RGB glued on here and there. If you need support, Dell will run you in circles wasting your time until the warranty runs out.

Yeah, I agree with this. I recently ordered the same exact product from Dell, and I'm quite satisfied with my purchase. However, my front fan does sound a bit unusual out of the box. Fortunately, the technician I spoke with was very courteous and promptly sent me a replacement. He even arranged for the replacement to be shipped overnight.

I had an alienware laptop and it chirped. It made a chirping sound. I work with research scientists and I asked an engineer what the sound was. He identified the frequency and said it was probably a ball bearing on a fan or hard drive. I opened a ticket with Dell/Alienware and ended up spending hours on the phone and responded to dozens of emails. They had me run a very long diagnostic test. I told them it wouldn't tell them what they need to know, because it was a sound the laptop was making. They ignored me, had me run the tests, then they said there wasn't a problem. After, I received a survey that asked me if I was happy with the results, and I said no, and so I received a phone call, spent hours on the phone, answered dozens of emails, and they asked me to run the test again. Afterwards, they told me there was nothing wrong and sent me a survey asking if I was happy with the results. I said no and later received a phone call. I told them to fark off.

That was a crappy experience but I bet I could find people with similar experiences from every company.

My account says Business, I don't know why so I guess if I return it I lost 15%, don't understand why Personal does not have it and Business does, anyways, their service has been a joke, because its very hard to reach anyone for a price difference refund or something. Anyone knows how do I return without restocking fee. Anyways, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
Try Dell Cares (I know, a bit of an oxymoron, but they were the only ones who truly tried and was able to take care of me very quickly).

I was able to chat with them but can't find the link, but here is their forum. Make sure you're logged into your Dell account and direct message them.

Items (1)
$2,849.99
Savings (excluding coupons) - $400.00
Dell Coupon - $245.00 10%

Estimated Tax - $181.91
Total - $2,386.90

-310.30 Amex 13%
-358.03 CB 15%

= $1718.57 (+66.15 in dell rewards)

I hope it works okay. If not I will definitely return it. I built my last PC in 2016 and it turned out fine and still using but I can't beat this price building my own in the current world. I am afraid of something breaking and not being able to replace it year down the road but I would probably just take out the graphic card and put it into something else completely hopefully.

This is a gaming PC, correct? This CPU is getting smoked by a $200 5700x3D, was $150 off Aliexpress pre tariffs. I mean its not even close on the entire x3D stack of chips. Pepperidge Farms remembers the 2500k or the 4770k.

Can you explain the Dell coupon and the 13% on AMEX? I'm only seeing $100 from AMEX.

The dell coupon is mentioned in the original post and Amex is targeted like most credit card offers. Either you have it on your account or you don't unfortunately. It is from a business Amex.

Can anyone here confirm if they were able to succesfully get both the 10% as well as the cashback site that starts with R? Mine shows a trip but no order was confirmed. This also happened to me about two weeks ago with another order.
