The dell coupon is mentioned in the original post and Amex is targeted like most credit card offers. Either you have it on your account or you don't unfortunately. It is from a business Amex.

It's hard to find though. I bought mine at Microcenter and at the time they had the lowest price and it was available for shipping. Now no shipping -- direct in-store only. You might find it elsewhere though.
