Two scoops gives a whopping 360mg of caffeine! I can't imagine this feeling good.

i got one a few days ago, took two scoops and it gave me a solid boost at the gym, although i only had this as my caffeine for the day, but i would definitely be careful taking caffeine outside if this PW.

note: the scoop in this PW is double sided, one side = one scoop, other side = two scoops, it's not like your typical supplement where one full scoop = one serving etc.. so be careful to pick the correct side of the scoop or else you will be hitting dominic torretto speeds lol

Yeah that scoop is one of the dumbest designs, when I first saw it. It makes it a high likelihood that you'll track some of the powder outside the tub, when using it.

I just used a smaller scoop from a different PWO I had.

I ended up getting the the John Wick version on the same coupon (called Baba Yaga Blue raz). It is 30 servings, and has less caffeine. It also has Tyrosine and Cognizine.

Hope the John Wick version (blue raspberry) tastes better than pineapple. Easily the absolute worst pre-workout I've ever tasted!
