Other unadvertised deals appear on Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Slice soda, multi-grain Cheerios, Belgian waffles, and Nongshim Tonkotsu ramen are just some of the new unadvertised deals I saw added today. It's part of the treasure hunt experience Costco does besides rotating in new items.

Also, isn't the 14th a really late start? Seems it's usually within the first 10 days of the month. And there is 10 days between coupon books. I've never seen that before. Usually ends on a Sunday and a new coupon book starts on the following Wednesday (so 3 days later, not 10).
Maybe it's just my local Costco but it's always super crowded and checkout is a disaster and takes forever since they have no scan and go in the app like samsclub The deli is also better at sams and I feel sams and prime have better name brand product selections
Customers obviously find great value in the Costco membership as it's way more crowded than my local sams.
So far I find the best value in the 4.99 rotisserie chicken but am struggling to find other values to justify the membership
Getting past the crowded store and disaster checkout experience I would like your suggestions on the best value products to buy to justify the membership cost.
It's 100% completely going to depend on the individual and the location.
Edit: and the precooked, prepackaged organic beets from Costco are life changing. I'm tired of having to wearing ppe and using a splash guard just have a beet. They are a pain in the ass. 3 lbs of cooked beets in 1 lbs vacuumed sealed bags for about a dollar more than I can get them at trader joes--- hell yes.
Skechers has heavily advertised their slip-ons, and now I have a pair. Wore them for a couple hours and like them. I like them even more at $30.

Crowded or popularity doesn't seem like something that should be viewed as a negative. Yes, who wouldn't like perusing without obstruction, but I can't blame a store for being popular.
But one of my reasons is due to warranty and ease of return. For higher value purchases, I'd rather not deal with a hassle doing a legitimate return.
