The XM5s blow the Airpods out of the water in terms of sound quality, and are even better than the wired Westone W80s that I have. For most types of music, they are right up there with my beloved Shure 846s - it's amazing how far True Wireless IEMs have come in the past 5 years. I have both, and the Airpod Pro 2s are admittedly better for work calls and Teams meetings, but are not even in the same league for music.

Two stores within 10 minutes of me in SE PA- 1 had a pair left at $148, the other had two left marked at $115... left with a pair. Definitely was a scoop now, decide later scenario until I figure out these or the Pixel Buds Pro 2. Thanks OP!

Saw these at the Germantown MD Walmart 2 days before it was posted. Had I realized how slick it was I would've bought one! Went back today and both are gone. Anyone who clears out stock instead of just buying one sucks. It's ok didn't have the money for it and I still the 3's I tell myself despite those being huge on the ears

Not totally related, but I tried buying these at Best Buy a little bit ago. They were behind the counter, and the store associate legit started screaming at me saying there's no such thing as an earbud version of these (he was thinking of the WH-1000XM5s). I asked if I could come behind the counter to show him, and he acted like I murdered someone. Needless to say, I didn't end up getting them that day.
What stores in MA show stock for you? I can't seem to find any, but maybe I am not looking the right way ;}

Just picked up the last one at my store. Was selling for $299. When they pulled it out of the cabinet and scanned it, it said $189. Showed them the slickdeals page and they went to the counter to see if I could get it for $115. Sure enough it went through! Either switch out my X3's (great sound but bulky and won't stay in my ear) or save them for a great Christmas present.

No joke, just picked up three pairs at my local Walmart for $88! I couldn't believe it. My walmart never has these deals. I went looking for the xm4 headphones but those were full price. They had three xm5 on the shelf with a $175 tag on them. Got the clerk to scan for me and $88! Thanks OP!

They don't. I have both. I tried both the xm5 ear buds and the cans. The cans were good but the ear buds were straight up garbage.
