I was gifted one of these....tastes like windmill cookies in spreadable form with bits of cookie mixed in. If that makes sense (I've never had these in cookie form) a touch of cinnamon. But I found it very yummy.

this stuff is really good for like half a jar and then I never want to touch it again. It's closer to butter than cookie lol. I bought a 2 pack last time, ate half a jar and the second jar sat in my pantry for years before I decided I should probably chuck it. Can't imagine 8

This stuff does taste good but I don't think you'll wind up using it on a sandwich or something like you would with peanut butter. I use this to make a biscoff cheesecake for example. But yeah, 8 jars of it is a lot.
