No...I have one....ZERO padding other than on straps and back panel. Any type of photography equipment would be subject to damage.

we keep one of these in the back of the car. OK for carrying extra jacket and a water bottle. not much else. no padding and not very big

I don't have walmart+ or anything like that. Do you have grocery items in your cart as well? I know they charge a pickup fee for grocery items.
