You would subscribe to a delivery schedule, and then checkout and choose a delivery date as normal. Once you receive your item go to account - subscriptions, and then cancel the subscription, for the text drop down I just choose "I already have more than I need."
I usually do 6 months on everything since it's easier to get the 5+ item additional discount on subscriptions, just make sure to keep track of things and not forget it before a dozen cases of whatever shows up at your door haha.
