Make your own. 3/2/1 SPG (kosher salt, course pepper, granulated garlic) ratio by weight (not volume).

Just used it for the first time. Although it's salt/pepper/garlic I can attest that it's a higher grade. It isn't just kosher salt, it's flaked. The cracked pepper is very fragrant. This is a higher grade of SPG in my opinion. The shaker dispenses in a nice controlled manner, so I plan to refill the shaker when it's done. I'm glad I got one.

This isn't your normal salt/pepper/garlic. They use a higher quality flaked salt, so if you are using flaked salt as the base, you won't really save money doing it yourself (Diamond crystal kosher may say flaked, but it's not as good as Maldon for example). The cracked pepper is spot on too. I'm glad I bought one. I do plan to refill the shaker as it dispenses nicely, but 57¢ per oz is reasonable. I may buy a backup.
