Ordered the set for $40, which has the non-detachable handles. Always heard that the detachable handles fail and no longer hold the pan, so I didn't want to risk it. Hopefully the quality is good, and they do advertise that there aren't any harmful chemicals used, but don't specify the alloy composition or ratios. Had a gift card that needed getting rid of, so I only spent a few bucks of my own money on it. Will update once I receive the product.

Edit received today, but haven't had a chance to use them yet. Inspecting them, the side walls of all pans are super thin, and definitely not what I would expect with a set of pans at an MSRP of over $100. For $40, I can't really complain. We will see how they work out when I cook some food in them over the next couple days.
Poor quality
Eggs got easily stuck to the frying pan
When making a sauce, it got stained and burned in very low heat
Would not recommend

I don't have this exact set but bought a very similar one from WM for my wife who has RA. The weight of my cast iron and my All Clad are too much for her. Overall, thin pots and pans are fine for cooking as long as you adjust the heat accordingly. Think of cooking in a thin wok that heats up and cools off quickly. I've used her thinner pans with excellent results. They transfer heat very quickly, so I found it best to start out on a high setting, then keep the heat at a low to low medium setting. I know everyone cooks differently. This is just what I found works for me.

I bought one with a detachable handle before, and I'm still using it well. As long as you know how to use a stainless steel pan properly, frying eggs works fine. It's not a thick stainless steel pan, so oil stains tend to form easily, but once you know how to clean them, they come off easily too.

Good quality or not, I'd rather use this any day over non-stick pans with forever chemicals. (PFAS)
