Juice Grooves was my nickname in high school
You're better off getting actual wood boards instead of bamboo. Bamboo is sustainable, but it is harder than an acacia, walnut, cherry or most other wooden boards. This means bamboo is tougher on your knives and will dull them quicker. Bamboo are pretty cheap though.
Nah a good knife will bust right through plastic, the issue with plastics is the micro plastics the cutting adds into the food as the knives scratch's and cuts through the surface.

Bamboo definitely will dull a blade quicker but thats why its so durable, it has its place. Its not a huge issue at all for me as I sharpen my knives before almost every use so they never have a chance to really dull so I don't see the issue.

I need to get new cutting boards, also transitioning from plastics, but still got a few left I need to toss and replace, looking for a board that includes multiple but they stack on top of each other or can be stored within themselves. To save space and also so I can leave it out on the counter at all times, like I do with my current boards.

These are so small they seem pretty useless to me. My smallest plastic board is bigger than the biggest board in this bamboo set

Received mine a couple days ago to replace and old bamboo cutting board. Seems solid. The small board is very small, but could be useful if someone else is helping with prep.
The edges are awful. I need to take some sandpaper to all the edges. I got a splinter when opened them up.
Good price. Acceptable quality. Need a tiny bit of modification.

Not sure "micro particles" are something people should be concerned about. If anyone cooks enough, you're going to consistently sharpen your knives anyway, even if it's not a full sharpen but just a quick finish on the edge.I'm just as concerned about plastic micro particles, as I am concerned about not wearing a mask while grocery shopping.$14 for 3 low-end cutting boards is a great deal.
Enjoy the inflammation and oxidizing stress in your brain caused by micro plastics, and eventually dementia when you get older.
With the increasing levels of micro plastics in your brain, you will soon start wearing masks indoor but your brain won't even be able to compute why you are wearing a mask.

Terrible. I got it and returned it. The large cutting board had visible seams and the ends were splitting apart. The juice would leak all over and this will eventually turn into 2 or more cutting boards. Stay away.
