This is $10 more than at DTO, but free shipping.

This tool came out in 2017, so I wonder if they're replacing it with a new model.

Very cool tool, but I'd bet 90+% of people would be better off with a corded one. The corded will last forever and can be handed down to offspring, while the cordless will rapidly drain batteries and become obsolete by some new battery technology in the next 15 years.

I do get that some people will definitely prefer cordless, but for a guy like me that will only use it once every few years, corded is the way.

These are great for site work, specifically backbeveling and sneaking up on scribed lines. At $130 I'd happily lose the cord, even in a shop.

I just have one question.

They expect someone to use that with a 2ah battery? It's not even a Max battery.

Seems like a poor user experience is a feature of that kit.

I almost missed it. It's genius. Guaranteed battery sale after the first time you use it.

tool is 122 right now...for 129 you're getting a battery and a charger, at least you can test it out

I am showing $149, do you have to do something special to get $129?

Same. $129 seems like a great deal for this. I already have two 4AH batteries. I'd use them for this and the 2AH would be great for the vacuum, as well as the lights that don't get a ton of extended use.
