No, we still (so far) have an FDA, which checks for lead content in food and foodware. I wouldn't trust the stuff you bought off amazon to give to your kids, but a well-known brand like Sierra (same brand as TJ-Maxx) probably clears their stuff with the FDA.

Pretty sure that person mentioned getting free shipping and I was saying I didn't see that as an option but maybe I quoted the wrong person but that Post is gone now so??
Must be regional because I can still add three of the different dishes to my cart and get all the way to check out. But I already bought 5, so I'm not paying $10 in shipping again
