But for the car seat itself, this is my least favorite compared to our Graco Extend2Fit, Graco SlimFit 5-point harness car seats. For something with the back or backless booster, we prefer the chico kidfit. This sale model is just too general that it's not particularly great any anything.

Can you say more about what you don't like about it? The 3-in-1 harness/booster seems to be a segment that chicco doesn't have a match for, which is why I'm considering it. We do like our chicco car seat better than our graco.

Oh, and GBR!
Nice, GBR!
I suppose it really depends on what you need. The SlimFit has been more comfortable when using 5-point or high back booster (just as our compare). This one seems to always separate when moving (always seemed to separate in the airline bag) and generally just feels like cheap hollow plastic even compared to other seat plastic. It's currently been relegated to my dad's car for when he picks up a kid in a pinch (it IS good that it covers many life stages). But once you move to just booster or high back booster with steatbelt, both my 5 and 8 year old not the lack of comfort and feels more like a baby seat (not sure I see the difference there haha). In booster only mode, it also feels like it doesn't fit far enough back into the seat and too early slides out/around. I appreciate the KidFit or similar ones that attach to the latch anchors even just for simplicity and not sliding.
