My order was automatically cancelled last Thursday 8 hrs after placing the order. No explanation. They just shared with me other promotions. Dealing with customer service and not getting response back.

Some have come out now. Not 2 weeks ago when I posted. The RAZR 2025 series all came out at the same time but only the Ultra was reviewed at the time.

what if I buy the phone after paying for 3 months, and I am not in the country after two months. Can it still be unlocked? After two months, I may not be in the country but wish to unlock the phone and use it with a local carrier.

mine was returned then i ordred another one using different number 2 days ago. I just received device in a day. so not sure if they resent the old one or this is new one.

How long do I have to activate service after I received the phone? I have my current service (with a different provider) ending in 3 weeks after I would receive the phone. Is it okay to wait 3 weeks before activating, so I can transfer my number? What if this offer ended before then? I already made payment for 3 months of TW prepaid service.

You say this, but I got the RAZR 2024 from another Total wireless deal and it is now unlocked, but AT&t will not allow it. It's not that the phone's not capable, just that AT&t doesn't allow that model or IMEI or something. So I got screwed, and total wireless service is absolute garbage.
