Few people use these because they're not especially useful. A touch screen is awesome when small. When it becomes Minority Report, the computer becomes a pain to use. Microsoft barely sells any of their big screen PCs.
I know this is an incredibly niche deal for SD, but the price (especially on the 86" model) is really good. It appears that model is only available in stock on the east coast of the US though (at least when I was trying various zip codes).
If anyone has a Samsung Business account and can check shipping costs I'd appreciate it. Tried setting up an account and it requires a tax ID so I'm unsure right now if there are additional shipping costs added.
HomeAssistant upgrade at my house.

For real… I just want a reasonably priced 43" to replace my tv+IR sensor which appears cheap and a pain to use

I wonder how long it will receive updates for? It's like a giant tablet on steroids but guaranteed OS updates will set the max lifetime.

They really do need the "smart" components to be modular / upgradeable, otherwise it limits the life expectancy (& the long-term value)

I work a school that has large touch screens. They have chrome boxes hooked up to them through HDMI and a USB so you can use the touch screen with them and it bypasses the internal processors. It is like using a new fire stick on an old smart TV.

Use as a coffee table. Play family games such as monopoly, etc. Or buy whatever craps you see on TV. 😂
