I was doing more reading about solar again because of the recent power stations that have been showing up here. I don't think a 200W panels really have any purpose past being able to charge a phone while camping.

500W really seems to be the floor for even remotely meaningful. 500W*2 or 500W*3 seems more practical.

The main use I see people using panels these size for (with a power station) are either running LED lights around camp, or charging larger electronics like drones or 12v coolers in remote areas.
I do not see a point in using 500w+ portable setups. If you are in that territory, you should have something permanent set up on an RV roof or something.

Let's say you have 8+ hours of Sunlight. The max power for a 200W panel will be around 1600W(ideal). The key here is what kind of electronic devices you are going to use daily. You have to factor in another critical consideration: the capacity of the battery.
