where are you seeing it at $550? When I check out, it's coming to $899.99 p/t ($999.99 but you get $100 off when you sign up as a new subscriber)

It comes with a brush for you to cut the hair off? It would be nicer honestly if the machine could cut the hair and then sweep it off

I don't mean to hijack the deal, but Dreame's customer service is beyond miserable. Sent me a defective unit, I sent the unit back and now they've taken almost a month to replace it and are now trying to back out of honoring the original price that I paid because of some technicality on when I returned it, they processed as a return rather than the agreed upon exchange. Makes me think twice about actually getting a replacement or just taking a refund and moving on.

I've had similarly poor customer service with them. The bot itself works way better than the old shark I upgraded from.

The offline stores offers you a roller with blade built in it. So when hairs and furs got tangled in it cuts them into smaller pieces. It's a pretty handy tool to replace the classic roller.

Yeah I wish, but I think there are safty issues with grinding gears so the best solution rn is a roller with safe blade in it.

I'm so sorry to hear that. The staff at Arcadia told me offline stores cover 30 days test time for exchange and upgrade if you get it there. So it's a little bit easier than online service.
