Unless you need it now I'd say wait for him to sell these via his ebay page to lock in that 2 year Allstate warranty. Broke my 3 yr old Secondipity refurbs earlier this year and got another pair a couple of months ago during the last Secondipity ebay deal for around this price. Looked brand new just like the pair I received 3 years ago.

How loud are these? I noticed my current ones will clip the trebel when I boost the bass at max volume. An id prefer to have a notch extra for when I get used to it; current BT are loud at the highest setting only.

Bought one 2 years ago from them. It was literally brand new and everything was in there. Feel more like a return and never used.

2 years later still perfect, and I use it at least 4 hours every day. It is so comfortable I use it for meetings also, and just wear it all day when I WFH.

I received the XM4 unit from this deal but it only came with the carrying case, charging cable, and headphone cable. No retail box or instructions.

Looked alright but I wouldn't say it's "like new". Unfortunately, it does not charge so I'll need to get it replaced. Just emailed them earlier. I wonder how they can miss this during the Certified Refurbished process.
