btw - the reason I posted this deal was because I couldn't find it anything near this price anywhere else (the closest I could find was ebay for 99 - on Amazon, it's 135 after a coupon). Is this a sale or otherwise?
It just went off sale, I paid $99 a couple weeks ago.

I can relate. I originally bought a Ridged and I got the 12 gallon when the 14 was on sale for the same price. But it's a fatty so I went with the 12. Then I changed my mind and went stealthsonic for a more quiet one.
One less horsepower on the 6 gallon vs 9 and I was hesitant on performance since it's a quieter vac. I'd prefer the smaller footprint as well. But it's a great shop vac, not gonna worry about it.
Better than your mo...well I can't be mean. Both are great.
