Multiple notifications due to threshold bouncing

I am getting multiple multiple deal notification emails for the same post each time the vote threshold is reached.

This can happen if a deal reaches +4, I go downvote it, then someone upvotes it again.

I am not happy about the number of problems with the site lately.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We apologize for the problems as of late as our teams are working to update a number of aspects of our site. It's our understanding that this particular issue should no longer cause multiple notifications starting later today.
