Wondering the same if I should try out a Cuckoo, as my made in China Zojirushi I got from Costco 10+ years ago is finally starting to go out. Maybe I just got very lucky with my unit, or Zojirushi really is that good, but everything I read is to go with a Zoji made in Japan
