Or not to be confused with "Rhapsody Rabbit" where Bugs Bunny plays a piano solo of Liszt's "Second Hungarian Rhapsody". It's an absolute classic!

The scene you're recalling—an intoxicated horse attempting to light a cigar—appears in the 1946 animated short Musical Moments from Chopin, produced by Universal Pictures.
