That's not how that works. Neither stroke, nor diabetes, is caused by ingesting sugar. Jfc. It's a total of 40g sugar and of course it's added. Sugar doesn't exist naturally in ginger and carbonated water. How else do you think they make it sweet?

The BEST mixer for any type of Mule.

Also, the Diet version of this is probably one of the best tasting diet beverages out there.

How's the diet version taste?
Less sugar, but also does anyone know about the flavors

I bought a pack of this from Costco about 2 years ago. It's still sitting in my garage refrigerator. No one will drink it.

Kroger's Ginger Beer is far superior to Bundaberg, in my highly experienced opinion.

I spent years trying different brands of ginger beer. If you like ginger beer on the sweet side with very little bite, Bundaberg Is a good choice.

If you prefer more bite, Kroger's still the best I've come across to date.

First tried Bundaberg in Cork, Ireland. I haven't had it since then, but it was pretty good from what I remembered.

Kroger brand was too strong for me personally. Bundaberg seemed sweeter and not so much bite.

Bundaberg is decent, but Goslings is by far the best Ginger Beer available. Their diet variety is exceptional.

I didn't like the diet version. It tasted like it had no sweetness at all. I only had to try it because my A1C went up to 6.3% 😅

Yikes- you better take care of yourself! There's no slick deals on insulin Big Grin

Are you used to drinking no-calorie beverages? Artificial sweeteners have a learning curve.
