i contacted them for a valid order, this is still being processed by their vendor. Stupidity at its peak, when they are asking for screenshots for the order multiple times.
Maybe they realized they were sending out the cards to cancelled orders, so that slowed the entire process down.
So I did a online pickup of the same chair for $150. But these Office Depot guys refuse to honor $15 gift card.
Their SR Promo thing is a full of SCAM.

I did chat with the service agent and got the free $10 Visa Reward Card in a separate new order as they were not able to apply to the order directly.
The 12000 is 100% worth it at this price and a great chair with good quality w/o going into designer chairs that cost 700+.
(I hear it's better than the Costco chair apparently that's not made for any one over 5'7" to sit comfortably, I'm fine in this chair at 6'3")
