The Promotion begins on May 12, 2025, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on July 6th, 2025 at 11:59:59 PM ET ("Promotion Period").
This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) and who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the date and time of entry.
Entry Method #1: Enter via Receipt: Entrants participating receipt upload will be required to complete an official entry form on the Website, as well as upload a proof of purchase receipt, clearly displaying all necessary receipt criteria ("Qualified Purchase").
Entry Method #2: Enter via Instagram: Follow these steps: 1) Take a photo of you with an eligible Participating Product (the "Photo", "Social Entry"); and 2) post the Photo publicly with embed enabled on Instagram including the hashtag #OceanSprayLeaguesCup and #Sweepstakes.

There is a limit of fifty (50) Entries per person, via Entry Method #1 (Receipt), Entry Method #3 (AMOE); a limit of one (1) submission to Entry Method #2 (Instagram) per person, worth ten (10) entries; and a limit of one (1) entry via Entry Method #4 per person, during the Promotion Period.
Grand Prizes (two (2) total): Four (4) game tickets ($125 each, $500 total) and hospitality passes ($400 each, $1,600 total) to the Leagues Cup Final on Sunday August 31st. Includes $2,000 in funds for travel and accommodations. ARV: $4,100 each, $8,200 total.
First Prizes (seventy-five (75) total): Two (2) game tickets ($95 each) to a Leagues Cup match. ARV: $190 per prize, $14,250 total.
Second Prizes (seventy-five (75) total): Two (2) game tickets to ($70 each) a Leagues Cup match. ARV: $140 per prize, $10,500 total.
Third Prizes (five hundred (500) total): One (1) coupon for one (1) free Ocean Spray 64oz juice product or 10oz/6ct multipack juice product up to $6.50 in value. Max ARV: $6.50 each, $3,250 total.
